Well, it seems that Mr. Leung got the easy way out. The HK Govt. is not going to prosecute him after all. I am a little disappointed that they’re not going to do anything about it. It was pretty clear that Mr. Leung did something really bad, and should have been punished for it. The facts were pretty clear. It seems to me that Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) didn’t want to prosecute him. Yes I agree that they shouldn’t prosecute if there isn’t enough evidence. But in this case, all the evidence is here. The DPP should have been more aggressively seeking to prosecute.
